# Error 403: Forbidden - The division is blocked

Een HTTP 403 met als reden "De divisie is geblokkeerd" betekent doorgaans dat de administratie tijdelijk wordt geblokkeerd door een proces dat exclusieve toegang tot de administratie nodig heeft. Voorbeelden zijn:

* Een van de gebruikers van het bedrijf maakt of herstelt een back-up van de administratie.
* Exact verplaatst de administratie naar een andere database. (Buiten kantooruren; gebruikers worden vooraf geïnformeerd via het workflowsysteem van Exact Online.)
